Ride: twenty minute hiit

Didn’t feel great.

Lower back hurt.

Still got on the bike…

Both knees felt like shit after ten minutes so I went with the lighter end of Emma’s suggested resistances, although I got up a little more with the cadence.

Safe to say not a great ride. 182 kJ 6.09 miles.
