Ride: twenty minute HIIT

Got on the bike as soon as I got home from the office. Did a another repeat, although not my usual. Ended up three watts(?) short of my PR for a twenty minute ride. This was an interval ride with Jess.

Reason I like this ride is the pyramid build as an EMOM, every minute on the minute, as they say. three twenty minute pushes with a forty second active recovery, then two thirty seconds on thirty seconds off, then forty seconds on twenty off. Then the same thing in reverse to get out.

Tried to hit one hundred cadence at a fifty resistance for the pushes and was successful at getting there.

six.four miles in total.
