Meditation 20 Min: p1d6

Forgot to log this in the morning. Was a pretty solid session sitting and clearing my mind. Felt refreshed after sitting. Twenty minutes is definitely the sweet spot, since it takes me so damn long to clear my head of the thoughts bouncing around. Half the time I forget I’m meditating and just think about stuff forever. Realizing and coming back to the moment is the hard part and I did a little better with that this morning.
