Went back to my go-to ride, a 20 minute HIIT with Dennis. The playlist and intervals just go so well together in this ride, I keep coming back over and over. I’ve probably done this ride at least five times in the two months I’ve had a Peloton.
I usually like to mix it up with new rides, but I’ve found repeating rides to be a good prsctice, knowing what’s coming, and pushing a little harder each time. With that being said, I got another 20 minute PR on this ride.
